When reviewing orders and cancellation, we apply this requirement: an order may be cancelled before shipment when fulfillment has not begun. After shipment, returns and exchanges are handled under the Refund Policy.

When considering shipping, returns, and refunds, our established approach is that standard U.S. shipping is free. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days.
